Stephen B. Mashney is an attorney focused on assisting law firms with business development initiatives. Mr. Mashney has grown and continues to grow from a one person operation to a reputable, multi-faceted, seven-attorneys law firm managing cases in various California and Federal courts, encompassing medical malpractice, personal injury, automobile accidents, other serious accidents, wrongful death, and more.
Prior to law school, Mr. Mashney was licensed and worked as a pharmacist in Florida. Soon, he moved to San Rafael, Marin County, CA, and became licensed to practice pharmacy in California. Mr. Mashney continues to renew his Pharmacy license.

It did not take Mr. Mashney too long to realize that the mundane count-and-pour pharmacy environment was insufficiently challenging to him. So, while working as a full-time graveyard shift pharmacist, He enrolled in a four-year nighttime law school program at San Francisco Law School, San Francisco, CA. 
Mr. Mashney draws vision, creativity, and ideas from a well of career experience. His knowledge of ethics issues pertaining to law marketing and advertising, and the importance Internet presence has led to the creation of Assura Public Relations, Inc.
